Nile Séguin is a boyishly charming stand-up comic whose mom is French Canadian and whose dad is Rwandan. Yeah, he’s having troubles getting his head around it too. Not only does this mean that his DNA takes on an odd appearance under the microscope but it also allows him to see life from a pretty unique perspective.
Nile’s style works on stage, television, radio and film. Besides performing to critical acclaim, Nile has twice been to the Just for Laughs Festival as well as the Winnipeg Comedy Festival and he has written for award winning national television for shows such as This Hour Has 22 Minutes and the Gemini Award wining The Hour (where he was a regular on air contributor). He also made his first film appearance in the critically acclaimed indie comedy Ham and Cheese.
There is some other stuff I could mention but I’m tired of trying to impress you.
It demeans us both.
